We surveyed 25 students on their awareness of campus resources and attitudes to AI support, then refined Figma prototypes for mood tracking, personalized responses and peer community through two rounds of interviews.
Of the ten survey respondents who had used campus mental-health services, four were dissatisfied with them. The paper reports the needs, concerns and knowledge gaps the study found, and sets out design guidelines and the prototypes that followed from them.
